A few details are enough to begin

Provide your name, a contact number with country code, preferred centre and the concern you want assessed. You can add a preferred date or request a call. You do not need to choose a procedure or upload scans before the coordinator contacts you.

What the consultation covers

Allow about 45 to 60 minutes for the discussion and assessment. We review your medical history, earlier treatment, teeth, gums, bite and jaw joints. Imaging is advised where needed. The dentist explains the complete care plan, suitable alternatives and treatment for the immediate concern, with two or three meaningful options.

Fees and the written plan

The consultation fee is ₹1,500. Ask the coordinator to confirm what is included for your appointment and any additional investigations. Your treatment estimate is explained before you proceed. For a treatment-day reservation, the clinic provides the applicable deposit, payment and cancellation terms in writing.

Before treatment begins

The clinical team confirms suitability, medical preparation, the consent discussion and the proposed date. Some treatments can begin promptly after assessment; other cases need investigation or a staged plan. Do not arrange travel or time off around a same-day promise until the clinic has confirmed your case.

Bring the people and records that help

A family member can attend the discussion. Bring earlier X-rays, scans, treatment records, relevant medical reports and a medicine list. Tell the coordinator about language, mobility or anxiety needs so the appointment can be planned appropriately.

From consultation to an agreed treatment plan

The consultation pathway begins with registration and a record of symptoms, medical conditions, medicines, allergies and previous dental treatment. Examination considers the teeth, gums, bite and relevant jaw or soft-tissue concerns. Existing records are reviewed and additional investigations are requested when needed.

The clinician explains the findings and suitable treatment choices, including the advantages, limitations and expected course of care. A written plan and estimate help you compare those choices. Bring a family member if their support will help you discuss the plan and practical arrangements.

Treatment proceeds after you understand and agree to the proposed approach. Same-day treatment can be considered when the examination, clinical requirements and appointment arrangements allow it. Ask what is expected to happen on the first day and which reviews or later stages are still required.
