Why material selection matters
A crown or bridge needs to suit both the support beneath it and the forces in the mouth. Polymer-based materials, zirconia and other restorative systems differ in stiffness, thickness, finish and repairability. The dentist explains these practical differences without assuming that one material prevents every complication.
Where SAPTeeth may be considered
The restorative team may consider SAPTeeth in selected implant-supported or tooth-supported work, including broader rehabilitations. The framework, tooth material and complete design are selected together. Tell the team about previous breakage, clenching, cosmetic preferences and your ability to attend maintenance.
The laboratory and clinical checks
Digital records and the treatment plan guide the in-house laboratory. The dentist checks the fit, bite, tooth proportions, speech and cleaning access before delivery. A material’s behaviour in a test does not by itself establish an individual clinical result. The complete restoration and its maintenance remain important.
