What affects the estimate
The number and type of implants, number of arches or gaps, tooth material and required laboratory work affect cost. Imaging, extraction, gum care, grafting, advanced implant surgery and anaesthesia may add to the plan. The condition of existing teeth and earlier restorations can also change the scope.
What the written plan should show
Your estimate should identify the implants and teeth, material, associated surgery, scans, anaesthesia and planned reviews. Ask whether the same-day restoration is definitive or whether later replacement is included. A quote for a full arch should state whether it covers one jaw or both.
Compare complete options
A lower entry price may describe a smaller scope or a different restorative material. A higher price does not automatically establish clinical suitability. Compare diagnosis, proposed work, limitations, expected maintenance and available support. Ask why the recommended plan is appropriate for your anatomy and goals.
